Jennifer A. Drobac

Jennifer A. Drobac is Professor of Law Emerita at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She holds her doctoral (J.S.D.) and J.D. degrees from Stanford Law School. She previously taught contracts, sexual harassment law, family law and other courses.

In 2005, Drobac finished her first textbook, “Sexual Harassment Law: History, Cases and Theory.” She published a second book in 2016, “Sexual Exploitation of Teenagers: Adolescent Development, Discrimination and Consent Law.”
