Expert Bio
Arkadiusz Mironko is an associate professor of management and entrepreneurship at IU East. His current research interests include global business strategy, global competition, and knowledge creation and transfer through research and development between multinational corporations entering developing economies and indigenous firms. Lately, he has also been involved in research on new business models in the adoption of autonomous vehicles.
Mironko is the author of the book “Determinants of FDI Flows within Emerging Economies: A Case Study of Poland,” published by Palgrave Macmillan, as well as numerous refereed journal articles and book chapters. He serves as a global competitiveness advisor to companies, governments and nonprofit organizations internationally.
Mironko has traveled numerous times to the bordering region of Poland and Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion. He visited in March and October 2022 and in subsequent years since.
