This was just the second of the IU Trident lighting ceremonies being held throughout the month of November at Indiana University campuses across the state. The first ceremony took place just the day before at Indiana University Fort Wayne.

All of the ceremonies feature a 16-foot trident illuminated with LED lights.

IU Columbus attendees also enjoyed a hot cocoa bar with whipped cream, mini marshmallows and peppermint toppings, as well as IU sugar cookies. Plus, the first 50 people to join the festivities got to bring home a Crimson Pride campfire mug.
