Vanice Butler recently joined Student Affairs as the new administrative assistant for Student Conduct and Advocacy. In her position, she answers questions and refers students to the correct staff for both Student Conduct and Student Advocacy. Prior to taking on the administrative role, she also worked at IU Kokomo in the Bursar office as an accounting services specialist.
What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
I would tell my 18-year-old self to trust and have faith in her vision! Everything will eventually come together.
How do you relax after a long day?
After a long day, you can find me in bed curled up with my two cats, watching Bob’s Burgers.
What is your go-to coffee order?
I actually do not care for the taste of coffee, but my go-to Starbucks order is the Strawberry Açaí Refresher.
What is your favorite holiday and how do you celebrate it?
My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. I love coming together with my family and enjoying good food.
